Magical Mondays – Children’s Yoga Mondays in August | 6:00 – 7:00 PM Ages 5–10 | $20 per child Discount available for all 3 August dates A playful and heart-centered yoga class just for kids! Magical Mondays introduce children to the foundations of yoga through imaginative storytelling, movement, games, and art. Each session includes: ✨ 30 minutes of yoga & self-regulation ✨ 5 minutes of breathwork or visualization ✨ A themed creative art activity Led by Angelique, this class nurtures flexibility, balance, mindfulness, and joy in a safe and engaging environment.
